Country house at the border between Umbria and Tuscany, near Perugia, Assisi, Orivieto, Montepulciano, and Siena, reachable in less than an hour by car.
It represents the ideal location for a stay immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian countryside, with Lake Trasimeno in the background.
The vacation house offers 12 apartments refined in all minimal constructive and architectural details. The typologies available are one-room apartments, two-room apartments, three-room apartments,a nd a double bedroom with bathroom.
All lodgings have an equipped kitchenette that is sufficient for allowing you to pass days or weeks of vacation.
In detail:
- One-room Apartment "Il Perugino": made up of Living/dining area with sofa bed and equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, loft, reading zone, terrace, private courtyard with arbor.
- Two-room apartment "Ex Pacciano": Living/dining area with sofa bed and equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large terrace where you can eat in 6 with a view, private courtyard with arbor.
Available to guests: Common room with minibar and automatic dispenser, stereo and TV with 28" screen and shared kitchen for lunches/dinners at the side of the pool; Wellness Point where there is a sauna, the Hammam and Jacuzzi with showers and bathrooms large enough for families who can reserve exclusive use for an hour from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; laundry area with washing machine and ironing accessories; five-on-side soccer pitch on the grass.

The vacation house is immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno; during the stay you can admire the countryside with its changing colors and the cultivation traditions (grain, corn, barley, vegetables) which create an ornament to the landscape and to your vacation. You can take beautiful walks going out of the house on the paths of the fields.
It town of Paciano is known as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of Italy" in addition to being awarded the title of "Ideal Vacation Spot" by Airone-Cee in 1992.
Nearby: Chiusi 10 km, Castiglione del Lago 13 km, Cortona 20 km, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Montepulciano, Orivieto, Pienza, Arezzo, are reachable by car in 30-60 minutes.

How to arrive by public transportation:
By Train: get off at the Chiusi station. Then get a taxi (10 km. distance) or rent a car.
By Plane: you can use the regional stop of Sant'Egidio, with several flights available weekly or else the national stop of Rome Fiumicino Airport, then come by train as directed above or rent a car.
