Made with quality materials and finely decorated with handmade furniture, the apartments give, from the first instant, a sensation of tranquility and serenity thanks also to elevated comfort that they guarantee with the services present, among which are independent air conditioning, independent heating, satellite TV. They have independent entrances to the garden and pool.
- The apartments Orchidea, Anthurium, and Rosa have one room with double bed, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room with double sofa bed.
- Calla has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room with double sofa bed.
- Plumbaco has two living rooms with double sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and kitchen.
Available to guests are tables, even outside, where you can have breakfast or dine outdoors, a barbecue, bicycles. The swimming pool (14.50 x 7 meters) is equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs and is completely immersed in the greenery of the large garden, with an attractive view over Assisi.

Il Podere is centrally located in respect to many cities of high touristic interest. At approximately 1 1/2 km from Assisi, you can visit the city without any means of transport.
