The farm 131 in Veneto was very nice. It was in  beautiful valley and the views were fantastic. On the land were vineyards and fruit/fig tress which you could help yourself.

 

The farm, however, was only for couples as there was nothing really to do at the farm. Children would not like it too much as they would have nothing to do. A romantic couple would think it was perfect as it was quite, clean and easy to get to.

 

The apartment was nice and clean in the kitchen, bedroom and the bathroom was good with an awesome shower. In the kitchen however the stove was not too good and needs a little work done on it to make it easier to use. The apartment did attract a lot of bugs and there needs to be more bug control. My daughter was bitten many times, even when she had bug-spray on her skin.

 

The position of the farm is perfect for everywhere in Veneto...the autostradde to reach Venice, Verona etc were all accessible very easily. There was an outdoor swimming pool 10K away and it was very good. In the local villages there were some good restaurants.

 

 

The vacation was very good and I thank Rural-Journey for being very easy to use and very helpful too. My suggestion for Rural-Journey and the Housekeepers at the Farms would be to make sure that the Farms have connections with local Supermarkets and Restaurants so that they can recommend places to shop and eat and maybe the people using their farm at the shop/restaurants would get discount.and...don't forget the language problem and the need for multi language speakers to assist all people(s) using the farms with Rural-Journey.
