We arrived at Masseria  in the early hours of the morning
(01:00), but despite the late hour the owner greeted us with a warm welcome. (Once we found him)!

The directions we had received where not perfect (particularly in the dark) and were not helped by roadwork's and a diversion.

The food we found to be of outstanding quality and value if Half-board.
Everywhere was kept very clean.

However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the staff polite and very helpful when asked for something, but were not particularly proactive in suggesting/providing information.

Our room, although small, was adequately sized and was also thoroughly cleaned every day. The rooms would have benefited from having a safe in which to keep valuables and a small fridge in which to keep cold drinks, particularly considering the climate!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found the location very relaxing and the views simply wonderful.
