Description

Our House was an old farm building hidden behind a thick oaks trees wood.
Hospitality is in
- 5 charming independent apartments for 2, 4, 6 beds. One of those of the small farm building has been specially designed to host disables moving on a wheelchair.
- Chalets and Bungalows, real solid wood cottages with one, two or three rooms They are provided with kitchenette, sink, kitchenware and refrigerator. Private bathroom only in Chalet.
As the accommodation also disposes of 11 rooms in the farm buildings (You will find a description of them here) and a camping area, it's ideal also for groups of friends or sport associations or clubs.
At guests disposition beautiful swimming pools, tennis and volley ball courts. Children animation in high season. The holiday farm is situated on the edge of the Sibillini Mounts National Park, considered one of the most beautiful in central Italy, with views of the surrounding hills, mountains and valleys.

Surroundings

Next to the Monti Sibillini National Park home to wolves, deer, wild cats, wild boar and a flora including many rare orchids and species of wild flowers. Within a 1 hour drive is Norcia, birthplace of St. Benedict, Assisi, Perugia and Spoleto all renowned for their rich Roman and Renaissance art, architecture and religious history.

Activities

Walking across the National park. Photography and painting classes. Food and wine Tours. Guided walks in naturalistic paths.
A programme of activities for the serious thrill seeker or extreme sports enthusiast. Hang gliding, paragliding, rock climbing, mountain biking, rafting, canyoning and more. With the help of selected schools and organisations we are up to assist you in any sport at any level, even if absolute beginners.  Tailor made programmes can be organised with advance notice. An ideal holiday for groups of friends, sport clubs or associations. All the above activities are to be found in a range of 50km.

Food, wine and crafts

Truffles, wild boar, pork cold cuts, ham, lentils, spelt, ricotta cheese and sheep cheese, fresh trouts, and more. Red wine,  Sagrantino of Montefalco, and white, Grechetto.
