Description
The house was obtained reorganising a St. Salvatore's ancient monastery dating back to XIII century, near Pietralunga. 2 possible accomodations:
- The main building, on three staggered floors, all in stone, brickwork and wood, disposes of 6 rooms and 2 suites with period furnishing, niches and old fire places, in a a warm atmosphere, the same as in the dining room, reading room, music small hall and in the little biological bar with the annexed verandah. The ideal place for an elegant and romantic holiday sunk in the silence of Nature.
- The Old Barn, with its characteristic structure in stone and air brick, disposes of 2 studios with kitchenette and direct access to the garden and swimming pool: the maximum of privacy and relax.
800 meters far same owners have another farm, with horse riding and animals. You will find a description of them here.

The Farm is sunk in the state-owned Pietralunga's Forest at 650m.a.s.l., in High Umbria.The two farm buildings overlook Carpina's Valley, an enchanted land, made of water and trees, perfumes, flavours and colours, at short distance from the medieval centres of Gubbio, Montone and Città di Castello.

ActivitiesIn the farm life follows Nature's rhythms: an unforgettable itinerary of leaf piping by foot, horse or MB, to alternate with resting by the acorn shaped swimming pool or with a short promenade to the archery field sunk in an oak trees wood. |
