Description
The Farm is part of a 500 hectares estate in the area of Chianti of Arezzo's hills, in the core of Tuscany, between the cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence. It is a situation which consents relax and at the same time offers the opportunity of visiting the numberless art destinations of the region.
Guests are hosted in lodges inside the Neoclassic villa:
— Apt. Erica, at ground floor, fit for disable: double room, twin beds room, living room with kitchenette, shower bathroom.
— Apt. Alloro and Ginepro: great hall, kitchen, two double proms, twin beds room, bathroom and shower bathroom.
— Apt. Ginestra: great hall, kitchen, two double rooms, twin beds room, shower bathroom.
— Apt. Corbezzolo:great hall, kitchen, double room, twin beds room, shower bathroom.
In the immediate surroundings of the villa 3 farm buildings:
— Apt. Quercia: living room with kitchenette, two rooms and shower bathroom.
— Apt. Leccio: living room with kitchenette, double room with en suite bathroom and loft.
— Casa Aia: living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, private courtyard and garden.
Moreover, at 2km from the villa two more large farm building are available, sunk in olive trees plantation:
- Casa Forno: at ground floor living room with terrace and kitchen with fire place, one bedroom with bathroom;
- Casa Buca dei Merli: kitchen with fire place, terrace with loggias, 3 bedrooms plus loft, 3 bathrooms.
All the lodges period furniture and pictures, fully equipped kitchens with fridge, electric stove and dishwasher.

The nearest village is Levane at 1km. The Farm is at less than 10km from Valdarno's A1 highway exit, in an ideal position to visit the main cities of art (Arezzo at 20km, Siena and Cortona at 45km, Florence 50km). We will help you in selecting the best among the numberless restaurants in the surroundings. For fans of shopping in Valdarno there are several outlets among whom Prada's one, and the Mall in Incisa (15km).Tuscany Travelguide.
ActivitiesFor lovers of promenades, by foot or in MB, there are many possible tracks to choose between woods and fields in a protected environment in the game reserve. The owners of the farm will be glad to give advice, to tell you family history (on the land since 1600) or about the farm and its productive cycles.For fans of sport fishing there is a lake at disposition. Three swimming pools are open from May to the end of September. The other possible free activities are tennis, ping pong, five-a side and volley. |
Food, wine and craftsOf the more than 500 hectares of land 28 are of grape vines of typical Chianti and 27 of olive trees plantation. In our cellars (that may be visited during the stay) nearby the villa we produce: Superior CGOD Chianti wine, the Supertuscan “Cavasonno”, the wines of the new COD Pietraviva, Vinsanto and Chianti's grappa, and, of course, a top quality extra-virgin olive oil.All the products may be tasted and purchased in our provided tasting hall. |
