The luminous apartment is located on the ground floor at Campo Santa Margherita.
The apartment, 67 sq. meters, completely restored, is autonomous and has every comfort; it is on the ground floor with independent entry in a tranquil and silent area. It is made up of a living area with sofa bed, a completely-equipped ktichen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, and a bathroom with shower. It can hold up to 6 people.
The bedrooms look over a lovely garden; the living room and kitchen overlook Venetian campiello with well.
It has: Equipped kitchen with everything modern, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, hairdryers, fans, satellite TV, tea kettle, autonomous heating.

Surroundings
The apartment is located in Dorsoduro, in the heart of Venice. Piazzale Roma, Campo Santa Margherita (evening meeting place of the young people of Venice), and the Academy are reachable in 5 minutes on foot. You can arrive at St. Mark's Square and Rialto in 15 minutes on foot. In addition, there is the very nearby "Zattere" stop from where all connections depart to the islands of Giudecca, San Giorgio, and Lido. It is also very convenient for connecting to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello.
