Description

Apartment on the island of Sant'Elena, the green area of the historic zone of Venice.
It is made up of: entrance, equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, small garden. On request it is possible to add a third bed in the room and/or use a sofa bed in the kitchen.
The service includes cleaning upon arrival and at departure. Equipped with: linens for the bed, towels, dishes, pots and pans. The kitchen has an oven, cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, and TV. Autonomous heating. Weekly change of linens.

Surroundings

The apartment is located on the island of S. Elena, the green area of the historic center of Venice, 20 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. The headquarters of the Venice Biennial is very near, and the Palazzo del Cinema and beaches of the Lido are only 10 minutes away by water-bus.

How to arrive by public transportation:
The public transportation stop (really the water-bus stop) is called "Sant'Elena" and is 50 meters away, with direct connections to the railway station, Piazzale Rome, Lido, St. Mark's, Murano, Burano, and Torcello.
From the railway station (Venice S. Lucia): "vaporetto" (water-bus) line 41 or 51. From Piazzale Roma (terminal bus): vaporetto line 41, 51, or 61(weekdays).
If you arrive by car, you can park it at Piazzale Roma or at Trinchetto (there are several garages).
