Description
Recently inaugurated, the Residence was born from the careful recovery of 9 prestigious apartments in an old 20th-century palazzo.
The strong-point of the accommodation is the location, next to the sea front and in the artistic and cultural heart of the city of Naples. Of fundamental importance is its vicinity to the primary means of transport and major connecting roads, such as the "Tangenziale" (ring road) and the "Autostrada" (Highway); there is a Garage with agreement with the accommodation and a large variety of Restaurants.
The residence is formed by 6 one-roomed apartments and 3 two-roomed apartments, finely decorated, 30 sq. meters, which can hold up to 4 people. They have double bed, bathroom with tub or shower, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproof glass, balcony, and small living area with equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and minibar.
Cleaning service and change of linens every 3 days.
A kit is given with a weekly replenishment which includes: milk, coffee, tea, fruit juices, crispbread, croissants, and jams.

Surroundings
We are set next to the prestigious sea front of Naples.
Borgo Marinari with the amazing Castel dell’Ovo and the tourist harbor with the most famous restaurants of the city are reachable on foot in 5 minutes. In the same amount of time can be you can reach the opposite side Plebiscito Square with the Royal Palace and San Francesco di Paola Church, following there is Trieste e Trento Square with Theatre San Carlo, Chiaia Road, a pedestrian area ideal for shopping and Toledo Road with the beautiful Umberto Gallery. Following, still on foot, the city centre can be reached in 15 minutes.
