Description

The vacation house is located in the historic center of the village, "Castello", in the commune of Chiusanico.
It is a typical 19th-century Ligurian house completely restructured in 2006 with attention to detail to the recovery of original materials. Now it is divided into three apartments developed vertically like the typical Ligurian houses "from the sky to the ground".
Every apartment is equipped with: Entrance-living area with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed (or two twin beds), bathroom with shower, private terrace on the room with a charming view of the historic center, over the valley and with the side view towards the sea.
The interiors are basic but comfortable and refined with wooden flooring, wood-beamed and matchboard ceilings, and large bookcases with oak shelves. The stairs that vertically connect the environments and the terrace are glazed stoneware giving the effect of cracked slate, the typical Liguran stone.
The apartments are thermo-autonomous and are completely equipped and furnished. 

Surroundings

The house is located in the happy hilly position among the olive groves, in the town of Chiusanico, at 400 meters above sea level, typical town of the Ligurian inland of medieval origin.
The sea and the regional capital Imperia are 12 km away, Sanremo 30 km, Alassio 35 km, Montecarlo 80 km, and the azure coast is reachable in less than one hour by car.
The Marittime Alps are 30 km inland and thus create a mild climate, even during summer.
