Description
The house is a rural brick architecture of the beginning of XX century, restored with god taste maintaining the original simplicity and fitted with some original local traditional pieces of furniture.
It is on open country but only 500mt from the centre of the village and all facilities. It overlooks an artificial lake and enjoys the panorama of Maiella and Garn Sasso mountains.
The house is of approximately 85sm, all at first floor, consisting in: 1double room, 1 room with two beds, one with one bed and passing through to go to the bathroom, it is possible to add one more foldingbed (total 5+1 beds), a shower bathroom, a large 40sm terrace. All around 4000sm ground with parking and barbecue at guests disposition.
The house is endowed with gas cooker and oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, satellite TV, press iron, hair-dryer, radio/CD-Rom drive, electric boiler, washing machine, safes in two rooms, fireplace and wood-stove, pellets heaters, American style coffee-pot, toaster, air conditioning, electric mosquito protection outdoor.

Surroundings
In the outskirts: Pescara at 20km. Nearby cities of art: LoretoAprutino, Penne, Castelli, Moscufo, Pianella, Città Sant'Angelo, Atri; at 3km Picciano with a very important museum of country life. At 17km Montesilvano beach, at 35km the parks of Gran Sasso and Mounts of the Laga.
At 500 mt the village offers every kind of facilities.
Airport and railway station in Pescara, many daily buses from Pescara (ask us in advance for time table), stopping 300mt from the house.
