Description
The property, to rent in the whole, includes, 2 independent villas with swimming pool totally plunged the in greenery of a country rich of age old Salento olive trees (15.000sq.m.), palm trees, pine trees and exotic flowers. Perfect for two families wishing to spend a holiday together, but in relax and privacy.
Villa Palmizi is a splendid house with a wide terrace covered by a wooden pergola, ideal to take meals in country open air; ping pong table under the porch, wood oven and barbecue outdoor.
Very near the house the swimming pool and five-a-side pitch, all the outdoor spaces are well lighted. From the entrance the access to the living-dining area: a large room furnished in Mediterranean style, with fireplace, radio and TV. From the living room the access to the kitchen (with modern equipment and in in optimal conditions), to the wide smart bathroom and to the two fresh double bedrooms. All the windows have mosquito net and the living area has air conditioning to ensure the best comfort in the most hot (or cold) hours.
Villa Ninfea has a courtyard and is in the shadow of olive and cypress trees that make it comfortable also when it is very hot. The courtyard is well lighted and there is a barbecue. The entrance with porch leads to the main room, a smart living-dining room, furnished in '800 style, with entirely fitted kitchenette, TV and air conditioning..
