Description
A fantastic Pajara (it is to say an ancient stone rural building with a conical shape typical of Southern Puglia), at 5km from sea, plunged in the country of centuries old olive trees.The Pajara, with its characteristic square plan, has been renovated and artistically decorated without altering its original rural look. It's made of 6 rooms: 2 nice double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a dining room with a kitchenette and oven and a small room ideal for children (on request we put in it a single bed or a bunk bed, otherwise it may be used as utility room.
The house has a wide terrace with terracotta tiles floor and a wooden porch with a large marble table, ideal for dining outdoor, and garden furniture. Outdoor shower, wash tub, barbecue and a 5m diameter out of ground rigid circular pond. Wide car parking in shadow. In the surrounding country there are several fruit trees as pomegranate, cherry, pear, lemon, nut, fig trees and prickly pears, beside olive trees.
