Description
A nice tiny independent house, bright and welcoming. It's composed of a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and TV sat, a sunny wedding room with a large cupboard, one more room with bunk bed, single bed and cupboard, a shower bathroom. Outdoor a fitted verandah with table, chairs and sunbeds to make siesta under the small palm tree, a little garden with outdoor shower with hot water for when you come up from the sea, washing machine, water reserve and parking places.

Surroundings
The house is in a quite and welcoming village near Coda cavallo (Horse Tail). Many beaches may be reached by car or by bike in 5 minutes: Cala Girgolu and Cala Ginepro at 2 Km; 5 Km to Cala Brandichi. Lu Impostu, Porto Taverna, Coda Cavallo, La Cinta, etc., where you'll find crystal like water and white sand beaches surrounded by luxuriant pine tree woods to get sleepy in the shadow.
All the facilities (food, fruits, bar, newspapers, pizzeria, butcher, etc.) at few meters, to be reached easily by foot.
The house position is strategic to visit the main tourist destinations of Sardinia: it's near St. Teodoro, approximately 18km, from Olbia port and airport, near to Costa Smeralda.
