Description
The structure, located in the magnificent Salentine countryside, is formed by two ancient stone houses (trullo) which have recently been renovated.
The trullo del melograno and the trullo del mandorlo are round based stone structures which were anciently used by farmers, especially during the hot season. They are surrounded by olive trees and other typical vegetation of the region.
The trullo del mandorlo has one bedroom, kitchen corner, fridge with a freezer, closet, a chest of drawers, TV-SAT, microwave oven, bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Outside there is a small amusement area for children from 0-12 years, tables and chairs and a vast area, with garden furniture, in the midst of an olive grove where one may relax.
The trullo del melograno has a bedroom and a complete kitchen. It has air-conditioning and all the comforts described for the trullo del mandorlo.
The guests will have at their disposal towels and kitchen and bed linen as well as all necessary kitchen equipment so that they may prepare breakfasts with the typical local products. They will, likewise, have at their disposal a guidebook describing the most characteristic places in the surroundings, the maps to reach them and some indications of the area's attractions. Both apartments have an alarm system which is directly connected, for greater tranquility, to security personnel.

Surroundings
The apartments are approximately one kilometro from the center of Ruffano, approximately 23 km from Marina di Leuca (approximately 20 minutes), 15 km from the San Giovanni beach (15 minutes), 30 km from Gallipoli (30 minutes), 50 km from Lecce (40 minutes), 40 km from Otranto (30 minutes), 120 km from Brindisi (80 minutes) and its airport. Very close by there is a wildlife park.

How to reach us with pubblic transportation:
Bus: Brindisi-Lecce and then Lecce-Ruffano.
Train: from Sud Est Lecce to Taurisano and then bus from Taurisano to Ruffano.
On request, the structure may organize transportation to and from Lecce and Brindisi. The structure may, moreover, organize car rentals or other means of transportation for its guests.
ActivitiesIn the surroundings one may enjoy horseback riding, gyms, swimming pools or the sea. Bicycles may be rented for excursions in the marvelous countryside. Tours may likewise be organized of the farms and factories which produce typical products such as terracotta, pottery, fabrics, leccese stone (pietra leccese) or papier mâché.
