Description
Two family villa with swimming pool in Recco residential zone., with a splendid view over the town and the sea. It rises on a property of approximately 3000sq.m. of Ligurian style terrace land, covered with centuries old olive trees and 5000sq.m. of oak and durmast trees.
The villa is on three levels: apartment A is on the two upper, B on the lower.
Apt A - approximately 200sq.m., on ground floor living room, studio, dining room with sofa beds (4beds), kitchenette, store room, shower bathroom with washing machine, upstairs three bedrooms (up to 8 beds) with two shower bathrooms and one bathroom with Jacuzzi). Outdoors a terrace covered by a marquee with automatic opening and closing, fitted with garden furniture.
Apt B - approximately 2100sq.m., on one floor, a 50sq.m. hall with French doors with panoramic view over Lecco and independent access from garden. Two bedrooms (up to 5 beds), corridor, store room, shower bathroom with washing machine, kitchenette, living-dining room with sofa beds (up to 3 beds). Outdoors a terrace fitted with garden furniture.

Surroundings
Recco is a small sea resort at 4km from Nervi. The access to the highway is at about 1km, ro reach rapidly Rapallo, Portofino (to visit the headland and the Borgo Antico), Santa Margherita Ligure, the Cinque Terre (Five Landa), Genoa (to visit: Ducal Palace, the Harbor, Aquarium, Cotton Warehouses, Nervi Park, TheCastles).
From Recco little port start regularly public ferries to Fruttuoso di Camogli (to visit: Christ of Abysses and Doria's family grave), Portofino, Camogli (to visit: Chiesa di Capodimonte), Genoa and the Cinque Terre.
How to reach us by public means:
Recco railway station at 200m from urban centre, where from start taxis and buses.
From Recco centre mini-buses stopping at the gate of our property.

Food, wine and craftsThe Cinque Terre "Five Lands" are famous also for the wines and oils produced on their terrace cultivations, and to have a very special typical gastronomy, that you'll be able to taste in numberless excellent restaurants, some of which historical that we will be glad to point out to our guests.
