Description
The Villa, a typical Liberty style house dating back to the beginning of '900, is located in the country 1km far from Ozieri, at the core of a 6hectares property at the foot of Monte Inni hill.
at the first years of '900.
It has been entirely restored in 2001.
Today it is divided into three independent 50sq.m. apartments for 4 persons each, with a living room with wholly fitted kitchenette a single bed and sofa bed, a double room and a bathroom.
Before the house there are spaces with tables and chairs, barbecue, veranda and a parking.
Services included are: bed and bathroom linen (weekly change), TV, heating, final cleaning (except for kitchenette, to be cleaned by guests).

Surroundings
Villa is located just a km from Ozieri, a small town called it's particular historical centre "Little Lisbon": Very interesting to visit is the chatedral, San Michele Grotto, Ethographic Musuem, and the ex cloister of Clarisse.
Ozieri is also knokwn for it's excellent cake as "sospiro di Ozieri" and "Coppuletta".
Very important is the breeding of horses which can be admired in freedom or in Ozieri- Chilivani hippodrome where you can assist to races.
Ozieri's location, in centre of North Sardinia, is perfect for tourist who want visit different sites without spending too much time in car.

ActivitiesNice promenades can be taken along paths starting from home and going up hill, it's possible to make friends with the characteristic small donkeys and the mare of the farm. 20Km afar there is Coghinas Lake, the biggest artificial lake in Europe, a favourite for fishers. At 9km the hippodrome, where gallop races are held also by night. |
Food, wine and craftsIn our farm there is a Sardinian donkey breeding, also for sale or adoption. In other farms in Ozieri surroundings it is possible to buy excellent meat of animals breed in open air, to roast with the barbecue in the garden, as well as delicious cheeses as Greviera of Ozieri, or Ozieri famous safran, fabulous cakes as the Sospiro ant the Coppuletta and the local unleaven crunchy bread, the Spianata. |
