Description

Ancient farm in a typical countryside estate restored according to simple traditional forms and colours. Here you find the stillness  of the Senesi's hills joined to comfort of a structure designed with love and attention.
In main farmhouse we have 4 apartments (Toro, Daino, Nibbio and Leone) and 2 lovely small villas (Ibis and Oca) a little bit secluded.
- Toro apartment: (100 mq): big apartment at the first floor, composed by a wide living room with fireplace, sofas,  tv sat, kitchen totally restored (4 fire, frigidaire with freezer, oven, moka, american coffeč,  toaster, dishwasher).  2 double rooms with private bathroom and loft. Every lofts have 2 single bed.  Both the rooms are wide enough for a cradle.  Laundry in common with Nibbio and Daino apartments. Garden with shared barbecue and gazebo to dine outside.
- Daino apartment: (50 mq) lovely bilocal at firts floor formed by living room with sofa, tv sat, living room with kitchenette (4 fires, frigidaire  with freezer, moka, american coffč, toaster, dishwasher). You have a wedding room with bathroom and loft with 2 other single bed. Room is wide enough for a cradle.  Laundry in common with apartment Nibbio and Toro. Garden with shared barbecue and gazebo to dine outside.
- apartment Nibbio (70 mq) wide trilocal at ground floor composed by a big living room, very sunny, with fireplace, tv sat, sofa, armchair and a kitchen ( fires, oven, frigidaire with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, moda and amrican coffeč). Two wedding rooms (or two singles beds on demand) and a bathroom. There is a private gazebo with table and chairs to have your lunch outside. Laundry in common with Toro and Daino apartments.  Garden with shared barbecue outside.
- appartment Leone (100mq): wide apartment in villa on two floors. At ground floor you have a big living room with fireplace, tv sat, armchair, sofa, open kitchen (4 fires, oven, frigidaire with freezer, dishwasher,moka, american coffče, toaster) a small storage room and a bathroom with washing machine, too.
At the first floor there are 2 wedding rooms (one with private bathroom ) and one room with 2 single beds. Bathroom. Some rooms are wide enough for a cradle, too.  Outside there is a private patio with table and chairs. Garden with shared barbecue outside.
- Villetta Ibis (50 mq): indipendent villa on two floors  (300 m far from main structure) with covered parking, gazebo with tables and chairs, amaca and barbecues. At the ground floor  there is living room with fireplace, sofa, tv sat, kitchenette (4 fires, microowave oven, small fridigaire, moda, american coffče, toaster. From the living you go up to first floor, the penthouse, where is the wedding room with a singles sofa bed and bathroom. Room is big enough for a cradle.
- Villetta Oca (50 mq) : 600 m far from main structure. Independent villa on two floors with covered parking, table and chairs, amaca and barbecues. At the ground floor there is a small storage room with washing machine, living room with fireplace, sofa, tv sat, kitchenette (4 fires, microwaves oven, small frigidaire, moka, american coffč, toaster). From living you go  up to first floor, penthouse, where is the wedding room, a single sofa bed and bathroom. Room is wide enough for a cradle. 

Surroundings

The location is near to the most suggestive site of Tuscany from San Gimignano  to Volterra (in Val d'Elsa) to Chianti (with the medieval castles) going through the Crete senesi and until Val d'Orcia, the reign of the famous wine Brunello di Montalcino. Nearby there is the genuine place of Parco della Val di Merse. Our home is the ideal place to discover the heart of Tuscany, out of the touristic route.
The senese area is, in fact, divided into 5 wide and different territories all reachable from a maximum of 2 hours until 20 minutes by car.
Artistic towns,  the most romantic in the worlds, Siena (20 minutes), Arezzo, Pisa and Firenze wait you to  show you all their treasures!
