The Villa is located in a small fishermen village 1,5 km from historic centre of Bellagio and 100m Como's lake.
For the guests 5 independent apartments:
- At ground floor apartment Lea (180sq.m.) for up to 8 persons: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, fitted kitchen, private garden and garage on demand.
- Apartments Laila and Fog (each 90 mq) at first floor, for up to 4 persons each. A double room, bathroom, fitted kitchen, living with double sofa bed, balcony. Garden in common and garage on demand.
- Apartment Sisco and Buck: (each 90 mq) at second floor (penthouse), for up to 4 persons each. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden in common and garage on demand. Air conditioning.
Every apartment is furnished with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, drip coffee maker, microwave oven, phone, independent heating, Wi-fi, Tv- sat, washing machine, moka, electric iron, clothes horse.

Surroundings
Bellagio is situated on a headland doividing the lake in three branches, bellagio is exactly in the middle of the lake. This peculiar location and the splendid view enjoyable from the Point sre the reasons why it is called "the Pearl of the Lario". Its historical centre, occupying the extremity of the headland, is calle d Borgo. Several small hamlets rise on the hill and along lake branches.
Our villa is in San Giovanni, a small fisherman village with free beach, park, museum, restaurants, boutiques, post office, steam boat and bus station.
ActivitiesIn the historic centre (1,5km fro home): steam boat staion and private boat tours, trips in the gardens og villas. Car and bike renting. at 1km swimming pool, tennis court, water sprts. At 3,5km horse riding, golf course, boat renting.
