Description

The Country house was originally an ancient mill of the XIX century, located in the river park of The Tiber, nowadays accurately restructured.
The house is a one block building consisting of three floors that conserve the original walls and the wooden beams. The main entrance is on the first floor which consists of  bedroom, bathroom, living room with fireplace and an ample and bright kitchen. On the second floor you will find two double rooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are six extra beds, a wide tavern and the access to the porch, a nice corner equipped with a fireplace, ideal for BBQ.
The large garden is a pleasant space where to enjoy the various fruits tree and the lawn.

Surroundings

The house is located on the river park of the Tiber, just 10 minutes away from Todi, once an ancient Roman town, then medieval and renaissance village, now an interesting spot not only for its history but also for the high life quality that offers to inhabitants and visitors.
In less then one hour by car it is possible to reach many of the most attractive Umbrian cities like Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, Foligno, Gubbio, Deruta, Montefalco. For anyone who wants admire the natural beauties of the territory, the Trasimeno Lake just a few kilometres away.
