The villa stands out for its extraordinary panoramic position high up above the sea, with its splendid view of the Aeolian Islands, and immersed in green and scented vegetation.
The structure can be reached by a stone footpath immersed in greenery. It was recently rigorously restructured and now has 7 apartments available that sleep 3-4-6, all finely decorated and with attention given to even the smallest details and are equipped with every comfort including kitchenette, color TV, air conditioning, and splendid terrace with view of the sea. Even the decoration of the reception area, TV room, and breakfast area is of particular beauty, in treated stone and cherry wood.
- One-room Apartment Albatros: lovely mini-apartment entirely done in stone made up of a double bedroom and living area separated by a sliding wood door, with color TV, ready-bed, and kitchenette, small private bathroom with shower, large panoramic windows with view of the sea in the room and in the living area, small outdoor terrace with table and chairs.
- Two-room Apartment (Pellicano, Cormorano, Gabbiano and Fenicottero): double bedroom, living area with double ready-bed and kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, color TV, air conditioning, splendid terrace with sea-view and table and chairs.
- Three-room Apartment (Tucano and Airone): two double bedrooms with twin beds, living area with double ready-bed and kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, color TV, air conditioning, and splendid terrace with table and chairs.
The apartments stand out for their wooden beamed ceilings, which make them even more inviting.
Each apartment has a view from up high of the Aeolian Islands and of the azure blue sea that can be confused with the sky, offering scenic and unparalleled sunsets. Guests have a 6x12 meter swimming pool with sea water, a stairway to reach the reef, a terrace with sea-view and bar, bicycle rental, information point for excursions, and parking are available to guests, all accompanied by the utmost courtesy of the staff. 

Surroundings

The accommodation is located in the touristic city of Capo D'Orlando, rich in vast beaches, localities, restaurants, and shops. Ideal point for reaching famous cities of particular beauty and culture such as Tindari, Parco dei Nebrodi, Cefalù, and Taormina.
The famous beach of S. Gregorio is located at less than 400 meters as the crow flies.
Boat service allows for tourism fishing and daily visits to the Aeolians, which organized excursions allow overviews of the historic centers, archeology, and environments of the most vast territorial park of Europe.
