The building is a country building now restored as a private villa, with a wide garden, an open air swimming pool, completely immersed in a big park, (the Pineto park is one of the 7 natural parks in Rome). The accommodation may be at the ground floor of the villa, in a big apartment upstairs or in a room with private bathroom and independent access. The vista is only over the green, atmosphere and furnishing are very warm and relaxing, with antique furniture and wooden beams ceilings.
The ground floor villa is made of a wide living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms for up to 7 beds.
The upstairs apartment is of 120sm, with kitchen, wide living room, 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms plus mezzanine with two more beds, for up to 5 beds.
The room is 35sm with a double bed and a single one, a fourth bed for a child may be added. The single beds may be separated from the double one bya straw screen. Private bathroom and independent access from garden.

Surroundings

The House is at ten minutes from the historic centre of Rome, but it seems to be in open country: the place is well connected with buses arriving to Piazza Cavour (Sant'Angelo Castle and Ara Pacis) in 20/30 minutes, and by train (approximately every 30min) from Gemelli's Station, leading directly to St. Peter's Cathedral, Trastevere and Ostiense (Metro B).
The area has all the possible services, with the biggest supermarket in Rome open also on Sundays, 24h open chemist' shop and limousine to and from airport on request.

Activities

The villa has a summer swimming pool. Horse riding school is at two minutes by car. The owners are passionate connoisseurs of Rome and are available to ideate and organise any possible activity: day trips in the surroundings, contacts with Art Institutions, Embassies, etc.

Food, wine and crafts

Top quality dinners (also vegetarian) may be served at home on request.
As the owner is an artist, it is possible to buy author's pictures.
