Noble mansion dated XVII century in a small medieval village, Sant'Anatolia di Narco.
Mansion has 2 wide apartment with different characteristic.
- First floor app: you have access to it through a monumental stair stone. It has been restored according to the tradition canons and it's equipeed with original old furniture.
The apartment has 4/6 beds, a living rooom, a dining room, a wide kitchen with fire place, 2 wedding room, 2 bathroo, a hall, a balcony on the valley. Tv satellite, oven, hoover, wash machine, dishwasher.
- Ground floor app: it overlooks on a wide hall of the mansion and it has been derived from the ancient warehouse. It has the original stone tub to press grapes that has been transformed in a sofa.
Apartment, equipped with furniture and old work tools has 4/6 beds and is composed from living room with kitchenette, 2 wedding room, 2 bathroom. Tv satellite, oven, hoover, washing machine.
Both apartment are provided with bed and bath linen.

In Valnerina: Sant'Anatalia di Narco, 10 km from Spoleto in a ideal location to visit the most important art town in Umbria, Toscana and Lazio.
Assisi, Todi, Montefalco are far 30- 50 km, Perugia., Gubbio 60- 80 km.
Rome is far 140 km and you can take the highway A1 or by train from Spoleto railway station. Within 2 hours you can reach Siena, Arezzo and Florence.
Valnerina is the ideal place for a relaxing and cultural sojour but also for sport and good cusine.
Valley, with river Nera, is rich of naturalistic place like Cascata of Marmore, Natural Park of Sibillini Mountain with Castelluccio plain, famous for "Fiorita" in the second half of june.
Numerous also the historical artistic evidences like romanic architectural sites, abbey, painting of '300 and '400.
From ancient times Valnerina has been the way from Adriatico sea to Rome.
In V century here settled down monks and hermits. Mountains was the ideal location for meditation and prayer. In the following decades in these area franciscan and benedictins monks foun their ideal life.

In the valley you can practice many sport like rafting, hiking on the Nera's water, skiing, horse riding, mountain biking along the numerous path for the small villages.
In the surroundings you can find swimming pools, and walls for free climbing. You can have at disposal a touristic guide. The owner of mansion is specialized in History or Art and suggest specific itinerary.

During the yeare there are many gastronomic events "sacre"of local product like black truffle, spelt, saffron, cheese, cold cuts of Norcia , lentil of Castelluccio, extra vergine olive oil and wine like Sagrantino di Montefalco, Bianco di Torgiano.
