Located in the centre of Domaso, a well konwn village near Lago di Como, this recently built residence offers 11 two-rooms apartment of 40-55 sq.mts, all newly decorated.
All the apartments on the ground floor have a small garden, the ones on the first floor have a balcony. All the apartments have private bathroom, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, satellite TV, heating and hot water.
Guests have access to a lovely garden with swimming pool, children ‘s playground, free WiFi Internet access, garage.

Surroundings

The residence is located in the center of Domaso, very close to all facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, shops, entertainments hall and pubs) and only 100m away from the beach.
Domaso is situated on the northern shore of the lake of Como.The village has ancient origins and its historical characteristics of the past are well preserved. Nowadays is one of the most touristy center of the lake: there is a long beach where to practice all kind of water sports. The mountains on the neighborhoods offer many unique routes ideal for trekking and biking lovers.  The clime guaranties mild Mediterranean  temperatures all the year round. In the winter time the short distance from Madesimo and the Valtellina district, two strategic points for winter sports, makes of this place the ideal location for winter holidays.
