The bright apartment is in Campo Santa Margherita.
The house, 67 sq. meters, completely restored, with independent heating, is independent and endowed of every comfort, at ground floor with independent entry in a quiet and silent area. It consists of a living area with sofa bed, fans, satellite TV, a completely-equipped ktichen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, and a bathroom with shower and haidryer. It can host up to 6 people.
The bedrooms looks over a lovely garden; the living room and kitchen overlook a Venetian campiello with well.
The kitchen is equipped with everything modern, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, tea kettle.
Cleaning upon arrival and departure.

Surroundings
The apartment is located in Dorsoduro, in the heart of Venice. Piazzale Roma, Campo Santa Margherita (evening meeting place of the young people of Venice), and the Academy are reachable in 5 minutes on foot. You can arrive at St. Mark's Square and Rialto in 15 minutes on foot. In addition, there is the very nearby "Zattere" stop from where all connections depart to the islands of Giudecca, San Giorgio, and Lido. It is also very convenient for connecting to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello.
