Description

A 700 hectares estate in Arbia's Valley, surrounding a XII century castle still inhabited by the Count and a VIII century small church. The farm offers pleasant accommodations in farm buildings entirely reorganised, 4 apartments and an independent cottage.
● Il Vino: large double bedroom with ancient vaulted ceilings, living room with two sofa beds and a wide kitchen acceding directly to the garden, shower bathroom, small library, satellite TV and VCR.
● Il Pino: large double bedroom with fantastic view over Arbia's valley, bathroom with whirlpool bath, entirely equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV and VCR.
● Il Forno: large bedroom with fantastic view over Arbia's valley, bathroom with whirlpool bath, living room with two sofa beds and kitchenette, satellite TV.
● Il Pozzo: studio with a large double bed, shower bathroom, vaulted ceiligs, independent access at ground floor, satellite TV.
● Cottage Le Tortore: independent, with fire place, satellite TV, VCR and DVD. Double bedroom with bathroom en suite, living room with a second double bed, second bathroom with whirlpool bath, kitchen, balcony with view over Arbia's valley.
All the lodges have air conditioning. Beside, at guests' disposition, wireless computer, a large dining hall for 20 persons, pleasant garden and large panoramic swimming pool heated with solar panels, solarium. Daily cleaning with bathroom linen change, beach towels, hair dryer, tourist information. Owners speak English.

12km from Siena, 25km from Montalcino, 35 from Pienza, 10 from Murlo, 50 from San Gimignano, 80 from Florence.
Not to lose in the surroundings: Monte Oliveto Maggiore's, Sant'Antimo's and San Galgano's abbeys, Bagno Vignoni's and San Giovanni's thermal baths.
