Description

The agritourism is located on a hill a short distance away from the sea, made in old buildings restored with care to revive the atmosphere of a small country village. Guests are welcomed in 10 characteristic apartments. They are one-, two-, and three-roomed, with a large furnished outdoor area.
- ONE-ROOM: large open space with complete kitchen and walls that allow you to divide the day zone from the night zone, bathroom with box-shower.
- TWO-ROOM: living area with complete kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with box-shower.
- TWO-ROOM WITH LOFT: living area with kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms, bathroom with box-shower.
The large outdoor area that can be enjoyed by all apartments is furnished with tables and chairs, so that you can enjoy eating outside and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. All rooms are equipped with bathroom and bedroom linens, the kitchens have all basic utensils for cooking.

Surroundings

The House is an ideal base to appreciate the beautiful landscapes of the coast and hinterland, to visit towns and tiny historic villages, to enjoy sea which is only 6km away and offers beautiful beaches, to explore typical little markets.
At 40km the National Parks of Gran Sasso and Maiella, among the most beautiful and less known by mass tourism, offer their uncontaminated nature.
At approximately 100km L'Aquila, capital city of the Region, with its many monuments and its hundred fountains.

Activities

In the farm: it's possible to assist farm works, to laze at the border of the panoramic swimming pool overlooking the sea, to play bocce, ping pong, table football, and many children games.
In the surroundings: promenades, trekking, excursions on foot, mountain biking and horse riding, plus all the usual activities of a sea holiday, shopping and sightseeing.

Food, wine and crafts

There is the possibility of having fresh bread every day and products from the orchard.
In our restaurant guests will taste the typical local cuisine with its intense flavours, washed down with local wines such as Montepulciano d'Abruzzo or Trebbiano.
It's possible to buy wines, extra-virgin olive oil, pork cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and vegetables in-season, preserves, homemade or produced in the area.
