Description

The estate is 7hectares of luxuriant terrace lemon trees orchards, fruit gardens, olive trees and Mediterranean wood mid air between sky and sea on Amalfitan Coast slopes.
The buildings include the owners' all year house and 5 cottages situated in panoramic positions for guests. All have private terrace with panorama over the gulf and garden, period furnishing, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, parking.
The “Villino”, for 4/6 persons, is a peculiar smart lodge on three levels consenting the guests to enjoy a stunning panorama from the ample terrace. It has a double room, a two beds one, two bathrooms, kitchen and a living-dining area wit double sofa bed. The other houses are for 3/4 persons and
are composed of: double room, en suite shower bathroom, living room with kitchenette, two chair-beds.

Surroundings

The villa is in the heart of Amalfitan Coast, in the Vietri on the Sea's hamlet of Benincasa, 1,5km from Vietri and 6km from Salerno, capital city of the County.
It is an ideal base to visit this splendid portion of this world famous coast, with jewels as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, etc.
The nearest airport is Naples' Capodichino (40km), the railway station is in Salerno. In summertime ferries and foils connect Positano and the other towns of the coast with Salerno, Capri and Sorrento. As there is a good service of coaches all the year long, the private car is not indispensable.

Activities

Walks across the estate country. Visiting our orchard and liquor factory.
The House organises boat trips. Horse riding school nearby.

Food, wine and crafts

The farm produces olive oil, lemon and tangerine marmalades, unique typical Amalfitan Coast liquors, condensed from citruses and aromatic herbs (laurel, wild fennel) growing in the estate.
