Description
The charm of a large park and the allure of living in the atmosphere of the ancient property of the Ruspoli Princes, remodeled with respect to the original architecture, are the proposal that the agritourism offers its guests.We have 2 rooms available with bathroom and a Family room (made up of a double bedroom with twin beds, a triple bedroom, and bathroom). A warm and welcoming kitchen with fireplace is available to guests where a rich breakfast is served when you awaken and where you can prepare meals by yourself, a large living area with billiard table for relaxation and reading, or for parties and group games.
It is possible to rent the entire house (4 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, relax room).
We speak English, French, and Spanish.
Four-legged friends are always welcome with joy, without additional charge.

Surroundings
The historical towns of Urbino and Gubbio are at 50 and 60 km.For fans of the mountains the Mount Catria's chain is reachable in 20 minutes, with its suggestive Hermitage of Avellana spring and Frontone's Castle.
For fans of seaside, at the same distance there is the Adriatic sea, with the splendid “velvet beaches” of Senigallia and Fano.
In 40 minutes the huge and marvellous natural architecture of Frasassi's Caves may also be reached.
