Description
A late 18th century stone farmhouse surrounded by an approximately 20-hectare estate cultivated with wheat and sunflowers, renovated with respect to the original form and characteristics making three livable units identified with the name of colors "Verde" (Green), "Giallo" (Yellow), and "Rosa" (Pink), each completely independent with spacious rooms, kitchen, and decorated with furniture of notable quality.
- The Rosa apartment has a living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom.
- The Verde and Giallo Apartments are made up of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom. The Verde apartment is situated on the ground floor and is can be used by guests with disabilities.
- Capanno is an indipendet house in stone and wood. Is composed by kitchen with dishwasher, a quadruple room (one double bed and two single beds), bathroom.
A large outdoor area with tables and umbrellas, hammocks, a swimming pool (10x4m), lounge chairs, and bicycles available.
The surrounding area is noteworthy with magnificent mulberry and olive trees under which you may have unique moments of rest and relax laying in an available hammock. The street has private access.

Surroundings
The farm house is in the heart of an area full of history, culture and eno-gastronomic interest, at short distance from Urbania and Urbino, cradle of Renaissance and part of UNESCo heritage, with the splendid Ducal Palace and the National Gallery of Marche. Numberless are the monuments to visit in both the cities of art.In the surroundings we find as well more cities of art as Gubbio, San Leo, Gradara, Montegrifo, and the smallest independent state in Europe, the historical Republic of St. Marino.
There are also many natural beauties to visit, first of all the magic Frasassi's Caves, the Furlo's Gorge, with its ancient Roman gallery.
