Description

The agritourism (country house) is just out of Casal Velino Marina, on the side of the hill on which Casal Velino stands. The whole structure is surrounded by a natural, vast and colored environment adorned by fruit plants and flowers.
The structure has 12 rooms, some in the main structure and others in the outbuilding, and 4 apartments.
- The four rooms in the main structure all have a private bathroom with a shower as well as a small fridge, tv, heating, air conditioning and hair dryer.
- Eight rooms are in the outbuilding which is surrounded by trees and which is approximately 200 meters from the main structure where there are both the restaurant and the reception and where breakfasts and dinners are served. Four are at the ground floor and the other four at the first. They all have a private bathroom with a shower and they have a fridge, tv, heating and hair dryer. The outbuilding overlooks the swimming pool and the equipped area and the gazebo. It is close to the farm.
- The "Casolare" apartment is approximately 50 square meters. It has a living room and a kitchen corner with a fridge, an electric oven and hot plates. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It may hold 4/5 people and is furnished in a classic and functional manner. A large garden surrounds it and has a table and chairs from which one may enjoy the sight of the sea and the swimming pool. Car park.
- The "Casetta" apartment may guest up to 4 people. It has a small living room with a convertible sofa, a kitchen corner, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the outside it has a portico and a garden overlooking the sea and the swimming pool which is equipped with table and chairs. Outside there is a parking space where one may also safely leave bicycles.
- The guests will have at their disposal a reception, a large restaurant which is heated by a wood stove as well as large covered outdoor spaces. They likewise will have at their disposal a spectacular swimming pool which is surrounded by flowers and an equipped area.
The family will greet you with their hospitality and with their traditional cooking with typical local products.

Surroundings

The agritourism is in a truly strategic position for excursions, trekking, bike rides and it may easily be reached by car or train. One may also easily reach famous touristic localities such as: Acciaroli, Pioppi, Velia, Agropoli, Palinuro, Paestum, la Certosa di Padula, le Grotte di Pertosa, Pompei, Costiera Amalfitana, Sorrento, Capri, Punta Licosa, Certosa di Padula, Pisciotta and Marina di Camerota.

How to reach us through public transportation:
By train: the closest train stations are Ascea (6km) and Vallo della Lucania (7km). They are both along the Rome-Reggio Calabria route.
By sea: Casal Velino has a touristic port which enables the docking of all sorts of boats.
By airplane: the closest airport is in Naples (150km).
