Description
This farm is in the southern Maremma, on a hill overlooking the sea and the promontory of the Argentario and the Island of Giannutri. It is approximately 20 hectares and is surrounded by secular olive trees.
Visitors are housed in 12 air-conditioned family suite apartments, all of which have a private terrace and are elegantly furnished and accessorized with all comforts. All apartments are 45 square meters and have two bathrooms, one with shower or bathtub, a sink, WC and bidet and the second with sink and WC. They all have a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, under-floor heating, color TV-SAT, direct line phones, safe and a hairdryer.
The structure has a beautiful swimming pool and whirlpool tub which is biologically heated during the less hot periods. There is a wellness course, a bar and a restaurant where one may savor the regional cuisine.

Surroundings
Your holydays may be truly complete with a horseback ride, a day at the nearby thermal stations of Viterbo and Saturnia, the tour of the nearby archaeological sites of Tarquinia and Cerveteri, a walk in the Parco Naturalistico Archeologico di Vulci, a stroll in the characteristic Medieval villages of the Tuscia, or the visit of the cities of art such as Rome or Viterbo. The islands of the Tuscan archipelago may be reached by boat from Porto S. Stefano.
