Description
The county house is surrounded by the Sibillini mountains and overlooks the medieval town of Sarnano. The structure was subdivided, during the last restructuring, in 6 comfortable apartments capable of guesting from 2 to 8 people.
The structure has, nonetheless, maintained its ancient characteristics. Each apartment is independent and autonomous and has, at its interior, all the necessary linens and kitchen ware.
- Scricciolo apartment: large double bedroom, spacious kitchen and a bathroom.
- Cardellino apartment: large double bedroom and kitchen, bathroom. Holds 2 but an additional bed may be added.
- Pettirosso apartment: double bedroom, spacious kitchen and bathroom.
- Rondine apartment: double bedroom, twin room, spacious kitchen and bathroom.
- Usignolo apartment: double bedroom with a bunk bed and a second room with two single beds and an oversized single bed. Spacious kitchen and bathroom.
The apartments have, outside, a large garden where they may also find all necessary to cook and eat out of doors. The structure is truly tailored for those who love nature and for families with children for they will have at their disposal great spaces in which they may run and play.

Surroundings
Sarnano is an ancient medieval town which has, in time, maintained intact its historical and artistic beauty. It is also an appreciated health resort with thermal water and beauty treatments as well as a recently renovated and increasingly developed ski resort.
The wildlife of the Monti Sibillini Park is particularly beautiful and, during the summer, one may also swim in the waters o the Fiastra lake.
In the surroundings one may visit cities of art such as Macerata with its magnificent Sferisterio, Tolentino, Urbisaglia, San Ginesio, Ascoli Piceno and Fermo as well as many other historical towns, all of which should be explored.

Reach Macerata or Tolentino by train and then continue with local busses.
The closest airport is the Falconara one.
ActivitiesIn Sarnano one may have thermal treatments and during the winter skiing is likewise possible. Moreover walks, bicycle rides and horseback rides are always a magnificent way to discover the numerous beauties and panoramas of the area. The more adventurous may paraglide with the excellent and trustworthy school near the structure. |
