Description
Ancient XVII century farm house recently reconstructed, situated up hill at 15km from sea and 50km from mountains. Surrounded by 17hectares farm with olive groves, orchard and vegetables, makes you revive a serene country atmosphere. It consists of 5 rooms with private bathroom and 2 apartments, all on the upper floors, with only night or B&B or half board treatment.
The rooms are 3 double/twin beds bed rooms with private bath en suite, and a family room made of to rooms and a bathroom, all with period furniture, heating, TV, fridge, fan, bathroom and bedroom linen, daily cleaning.
The 2 apartments are bi-local made of a double room, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a large terrace overlooking the splendid panorama of Gran Sasso d'Italia mount and the surrounding hills.
The wide, passionately groomed garden is full of flowers, aromatic plants and fruit trees. The pergola with brick columns is perfect for reading or for a candle lighted dinner. A welcoming panoramic swimming pool, mountain bike, ping pong children play ground and visits to framyard animals at guest's disposal.

The agriturismo is in Torano Nuovo, at 15 km from sea and 50 km from high mountain.
To visit in the surroundings: Gran Sasso National Park (km 50), Laga mountains (km 30), Tordino river alley (km 30), Vibrata Valley (nearby), Vomano Valley (km 30), Civitella del Tronto (km 13), Teramo (km 30), Castelli (km 45), Ascoli Piceno (km 17), the many sea resorts (from km 15). To notice local gastronomy and cellars producing DOC and DOCG wines, DOP olive oil. In July and August gastronimic fairs.

How to reach us by public means:
By train: from San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) station 20min by car;
From Giulianova (TE) station 15min by car;
From Alba Adriatica (TE)station 15min by car;
No public buses are available from the railway stations, so one's own car is necessary, that in case may be rent by us.
ActivitiesIn the farm: it is possible to assist to farm works, visit farm animals, relax in the panoramic swimming pool, mountain bike, ping pong, children play ground. In the immediate outskirts a horse riding school (8km), tennis courts (4km), sport fishing (4km). Sailing classes (15km), trekking, spa (5km). |
Food, wine and craftsOur products may be bought directly at home. At ground floor you find the characteristic restaurant in the spaces once occupied by the oil mill, cellar, horse stables. The kitchen is run by our family and offers the typical local specialities, seasoned with our own olive oil. Among our specialities we point out fried cheese, local cold cuts, spelt "strozzapreti" . Dishes are prepared with season vegetables coming from our kitchen garden, tarts with organic fruits and locally produced wine. |
