Description
This is a little country house reconstructed respecting past and leaving unaltered the original structure, typical of farm houses of the area. Plunged in countryside and in a panoramic position: the site expands from Sibillini mountains to mount Catria, from mount St. Vicino to Gola della Rossa.
The house has 4 comfortable rooms (3 double/twin beds, 1 single for 7/8beds in all), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen. All the rooms are differently personalised but all in rustic, original, simple old fashioned country stile.
There is a large garden surrounded by centuries old oaks, where you can rest reading (we also have a rich library), practice yoga or simply gather with friends. It's pleasant to relax also in the downhill orchard or in the suggestive green corner around the swimming pool, that looks towards sunset.

Surroundings
The house may also be a good starting for excursions of historic-cultural interest or for oxigenating promenades in the green among vineyards, beech and oak woods.
As a matter of fact we are nor far from Matelica (a beautiful historic centre with two important museums: Piersanti and the Municipal Archaeological one), at few km from Fabriano (a characteristic Medieval centre famous for its paper factories since ancient times and its important Paper Museum) and from the Frasassi Caves, one of Italy's largest and most famous complex of caves.
We are in one of the most known eno-gastronomic routes of Marche. Beside the area of Monte S. Vicino and the Park of Gola della Rossa offer many opportunities for suggestive natural trips.

The nearest railway staions are: Fabriano (line Ancona-Roma), Matelica (line Fabriano-Matelica-Macerata-Civitanova Marche).
The nearest airport is "Raffaello Sanzio" of Ancona - Falconara.
