Description
Ancient stone farm settlement dating back to XVII century, risen around a small water mill, surrounded by 10hectares of lawns with fruit trees, some of which centuries old, and by copse chestnut woods.
For the reconstruction materials typical of the area have been employed: stones from quarry and river, flat roofs, recuperated ancient wood beams.
In the ex-stable three small dining rooms have been obtained, while in the old house were created 4 rooms (Two double and two triple) with private bathroom, with period furniture.
In the pond to collect rain water the swimming pool has been created, reserved to guests.

Food, wine and craftsThe cuisine is the one typical of the area: vegetables pie, stuffed pastas, chicken bred in the wild, roe and wild boar meat dishes, mushrooms and truffles. Home made cakes made with products of the farm: eggs, jams, herbs, chestnuts and fruits; biscuits, cakes, ice creams, cold desserts and sorbets. Honey, jams and wines for sale. |
