Description

This ancient farmhouse is a typical building of Alta Umbria. It has been entirely restored according to the local architetural typologies with wooden beam and cotto. Farmhouse is totally immersed in greenery and lays down on a hill in an amazing panoramic position. It dominates the natural amphitheatre of the High Valley of Tevere from Sansepolcro to Città di Castello and it touchs the hill of the medieval village of Citerna (one of the most beautiful village in Italia according to the guide of Touring Club).
Our farmhouse offers to the guests unforgettable sojour in nature and, at the same time all the best comfort are available.
It's surrounded by a wide greenery area totally walled and independent with a 500 mqs garden, swimming pool for adults (mt 12xm 6), swimming pool for children (mt 4 Xmt 3), parking, roofing for cars and bike, barbecue and mountain bike.
We have 4 apartments (every for 4 persons) with independent entrance. Bilocals are composed by living room with wedding sofa bed, kitchenette, wedding room, bathroom with shower. Studio apartment Nocio has living furnished with two wedding sofa beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
In living room there is satellite Tv, radio. The kitchenette is furnished with four gas cookers, frigidaire, basin, toaster, pots, dishes, glasses.
Farmhouse is really and ideal place for who look for a relaxing sojour and, at meantime, wish explore the cultural, historical and gastronomic richness of the Valle del Tevere Umbro- Toscana.
