The inn is located at the border of Pietralunga village and is surrounded by a sweet country and untouched woods.
A gallery of centuries old trees runs along the alley leading to Patrizi Marquises ancient mansion, which has been entirely reconstructed obtaining 7 spacious apartments for guests.
The care for details is evident: quiet colour tunes, period furnishing , comfortable sofas and fireplaces in all the common living rooms. Every detail has been thought of to create a refined and welcoming environment.

Italian and foreigners all think they know Umbria perfecly, but this mervaellous country is really full of surprises. We have discovered this unexplored corner of Alta Val Tiberina and transformed it in a unique place.
Pietralunga is located in a strategic point for the best tourism. As a matter of fact it's possible to organize daily trip in many of the most wonderful places of centre of Italy.
However the temptation to spend the whole stay to relax is strong, but the landscapes and wild uncontaminated nature of "Valle del Carpina" are not to be missed.
Gubbio, Città di Castello, Umbertide, Montone are 20 kms far, while Arezzo, Urbino, Assisi, Perugia are at 60 kms.

Just 3 kms from the house there is a sport center with swimming pools, tennis courts and horse riding school.
Trekking in the mountains following CAI tracks of which we will provide you with maps.

Cuisine is one of the strong points of the house. From the old barn we obtained a delightful restaurant hall where we offer expressly made dishes are prepared with typical and genuine products of local farming and breeding. The cellar proposes a wide range of wines of the area.
Our chef will be glad to prepare for you the best specialities bot of regional and national cuisine.
Beside traditional cuisine our restaurant also proposes a wide range of vegetarian dishes and, on request also dishes for people with coeliac disease.Cuisine is one of the strong point of structure. From the old granary we have obtained a delicious restaurant hall.
Dishes are prepaired with typical and genuine local products.
The wine cellar suggests a variety of regional wines.
