Description

The agritourism belongs to the owner’s family since 1900. It is not just a well restructured and pleasant farm as the atmosphere transmits the roots and the history of the people who lived there and that despite wars and poverty, had persevered the cordiality of the country culture, based on truly sincere relationships.
The house offers now three apartments located in the main building, a small residence and a room situated in the restaurant building.
- Apartment La Casa: surely the most ancient apartment of the house. A stone staircase brings to the first floor, where the all house is developed. It consists of: wide kitchen with fireplace, double room, large room with a double bed and a french bed, bathroom with bathtub. Possibility to add an extra bed.
- Apartment Soffitta: The entrance of the apartment is external. It consist of living room with kitchenette, a room with a double and a single bed, small loft room with a french bed and bathroom with shower. Possibility to add an extra single bed.
- Apartment Casina: it is a indipendent residence and it has an outstanding view of the Tuscan countryside. It consists of two floors. Ground floor: there is a large kitchen with fireplace, a double sofa bed and the beautiful stone staircase to reach the first floor. First floor: room with a double bed and a french bed and bathroom with shower.
- Apartment La Stalla: 2 floors. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and small stone staircase. First floor: double room and bathroom with shower; possibility to add an extra single bed.
- Room with a double and a single bed, private bathroom with shower. The entrance is on a terrace, from where you ca enjoy a magnificent view.

Available to the guests: swimming pool (7x14mt), sunshade parasols, firewood oven, BBQ, private parking space, sheltered space to dine at open air, washing machine and vegetable garden.
The stay in the agritourism is ideal fro anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the life in plain air. Children can freely play and spot the animals of the farm as donkey, sheep, lambs, hens, goose, and rabbits. At the restaurant is possible to gather to enjoy delicious dishes in an informal and happy atmosphere.

Surroundings

The agritourism is located in Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by the green hills of the Val Cerfone, strategic position to reach Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Gubbio.
From Badia San Veriano looking east you can admire the Valtiberina and the dam of Montedoglio. The high Tiber valley is situated on the northern edge of Tuscany and takes the name from the river that across it until the border with Umbria.

How to arrive by public transportation:
By train, get out at Arezzo railway station
By bus (route to Sansepolcro), get off at Molin Nuovo.
There is no public transport from Molin Nuovo to Badia san Veriano; we recommend reaching us by car.
