Description

The country house is situated on the Zerli's Coast, in an ancient rural village which once was the Major Fortress belonging to Counts Fieschi. The house is paricularly to appreciate for its wide panoramic views of the valley and for the picturesque surrounding landscape. The area is overlooked by the highest peaks of the Ligurian Apennines, between 1600 and 1800mt high, and recalls alpine pastures because of cattle breading, here still working.
The building, whose original construction is of XVII century, has been reorganised without changing the primal character, consists of two cosy apartments. The first, at ground floor, has a double room, private bathroom and a kitchenette. The second, upstairs has a double room with bathroom and kitchenette, plus a half story with a bunk bed and a double sofa bed.

Surroundings

The House is inside the natural Regional Park of Aveto, ideal to take beautiful walks and also more demanding trekking.
In the immediate surroundings, easy reachable by foot, it's possible to visit the ancient rests of the village Costa de Zerli. Nearby is also the tourist-didactic Museum of Gambatesa's ex-mine.
As the house is just a few km from the Lavagna's highway toll house, in a few minutes and very comfortably you'll be able to reach the most renown coast towns as Chiavari, Rapallo, Sestri Levante, Lavagna and all the East Coast inland.

Activities

There is a children play area, and it's possible to take walks and trekking across the Aveto Regional Park.
In the surroundings there is a horse riding school, and you can go horseback riding in the Park.

Food, wine and crafts

In our farm fresh season vegetables and extra-virgin olive oil produced in our oil mill may be purchased, whilst in other farms of the area it is possible to buy typical local wine and taste typical local dishes that would be difficult to find elsewhere.
