Description

The Agritourism was made from a 19th-century cottage for the purpose of agricultural activities. In 2005 it was restructured for agri-touristic activities.
The accommodation has 3 apartments available, each extremely cared for and holding to the ancient Tuscan style. All have independent entrances and are equipped with every modern comfort: dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, electric oven/microwave, TV (not satellite).
- "Il Fienile"- on the ground floor; can sleep up to 5 people. It is made up of: Living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, Double bedroom + single bed, Bathroom with shower.
- "La Terrazza" - on the first floor, sleeps up to 5 people. It is made up of: Living area with kitchenette, sofa and armchair bed, Double bedroom and bedroom with bunk-beds, Bathroom with shower and bathtub, Very large shaded terrace.
- "La Stalletta" - on the ground floor, sleeps up to 4 people. It is made up of: Living area with kitchentte and single sofa bed, Double bed + single bed, Bathroom with shower.
Among the shared services: Washing machine at the cost of 2 Euros every wash (including detergent) ,iron with ironing board and drying rack.
There is an outdoor tasting hall, which allows lovers of cuisine to taste not just Tuscan flavors, but actual local ones.
Outdoors you will find a very large garden with lounge chair, sun umbrellas, tables with chairs for every apartment, outdoor shower, and games for children; there is also a barbecue and covered car park.

Surroundings

The Agritourism is located in the heart of the hills of Pisa and enjoys an optimal view of the Lake of Santa Luce (LIPU OASIS), reachable on foot or by bicycle along a country street characterized by a unique panorama.
The museums and monuments (Churches and old towns) of the commune of Santa Luce are worth visiting.
The Accommodation is in a central and advantageous position for reaching the main Tuscan touristic locations: behind the splendid Coast of the Etruscans which offer white sand beaches (Vada) and rocky promontories (Castiglioncello); there are the most important cities of art a few kilometers away (Pisa, Volterra, Siena, Florence, San Gimignano) and the wine streets are also a short distance away (Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci).

How to arrive by public transportation:
The nearest railway stations are Pisa Centrale to the north, and Cecina to the south: 25 km away from the agritourism. From here it is possible to continue by bus. In any case, having your own car is recommended because bus service is very scarce.

There are bicycles available on-site for guests.
There is the possibility of renting (10 Euros daily) sun umbrellas and lounge chairs in the swimming establishment "Dune Mosse" Vada (sand beaches; animation, paddle-boat rental, motor boats, sailboats, surf).
Activities nearby with an additional charge: tennis, soccer.

We offer the possibility to purchase wine and olive oil made by us and typical local products: honey, pasta.
