Description

Settled between the lovely Mountains and charming Valleys, the agritourism is located at the center of the Intelvi Valley in the locality of Schignano, with a magnificent view of Lake Como with Comacina Island and the Balbianello Peninsula. From here you can enjoy the unique show of seasonal colors that only this angle of Lombardy offers.
The old core of rural buildings, once stables and farmhouses, was transformed into a agritouristic accommodation that offers the possibility of overnight stays in a charming angle of serenity and tranquility. There are 3 double rooms with two twin beds with private bathrooms with shower, and there is a lofted family room made up of: double bed on the ground floor, spiral staircase which leads to the loft, where there are a French-style bed and two single beds, bathroom with shower. All rooms are decorated with antique furniture characteristic of the location. In addition, the accommodation has been designed to remove all obstacles for wheelchair access.
The restaurant was created in part from the original structure externally refinished in stone, and in part from the live rock, and it offers the possibility to have lunch enjoying the panoramic view of the Lepontine Alps with a large, outdoor terrace.

Surroundings

The agritourism is located half-way between Como and Lugano, two cities rich in history and traditions, where Como Lake offers its beauties, including Balbianello Peninsula, Villa Carlotta, Comacina Island. Last but not least is Bellagio and Lugano Lake with further possibilities of trips to the casino of the Italian Champions.
From the agritourism you can then get yourselves started by taking walks among our pork breeding grounds and at our greenhouse where we grow vegetables organically and collect the eggs from our chicken coop or by "chatting" with our horses.
Then you may choose to adventure towards our mountain pastures where you can meet the Sardinian donkeys, or the verzasche pasture goats, in addition the wild calves in the summer period.
