- One-room A apartments: 30 sq. meters. Are composed by kitchenette, table and chairs, one double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom. The apt. number 1 is on the ground floor and has garden with table and chairs. Apt. n. 3 is on first floor and has terrace with table and chairs. Apt. n. 5 is on the second floor, hasn't an external space but has a wonderful view on the lake.
- One-room B apartments: 50 sq. meters. On first floor. Composed by kitchenette, table, chairs , two double beds, one bunk bed, bathroom, external space to eat.
- Two-room apartments. On the groud floor. Composed by living room with kitchen and sofa bed, one double bedroom, bathroom, external space with table and chairs.
- Three-room A apartments: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and garden.
- Three-room B apartment: 3 rooms, one bathroom, without garden but with balcony with view of the lake.

There is a large private swimming pool for adults and children. Breakfast service on request.
