Description

The Pink House is a typical farm house of the half of XIX century, sunk in the green of the hills soft slopes near Macerata looking towards Sibillini mountains, in a panoramic position 400m.a.s.l high.
It has been reorganised with full respect of the environment, by means of bio-ecological natural materials and techniques.
All the apartments are full of light, and have a nice panorama, they are pleasantly furnished with family furniture, with terracotta tiles floor, wooden beams, TV, telephone and independent heating.
Three rooms with independent bathrooms and access are at the first floor, whilst the 5 two rooms apartments with double room, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, independent terrace or porch are at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor.

Surroundings

Tolentino is an attractive centre for many reasons: of health, for the spa Santa Lucia, religious, for the important Sanctuary of San Nicola and Fiastra Abbey, historic and cultural, is involved in several exhibitions and itineraries of different sort, the naturalistic one of Great Sibillini mounts Ring and Frasassi's Caves, historical and archaeological ones, biking tours, musical ones, with Macerata's Opera and Musicultura Festival, and eno-gastronomic ones.
In the surroundings of the farm in the Sibillini mounts Park, many paths and tracks may be covered both by foot and by bike.
At no more than 40km you'll find the beaches of Adriatic sea or practice ski on Apennines mounts.
In the sourroundings: Macerata 20 km - Recanati/Loreto 35 km - Litorale Adriatico 40 km - Ancona 80 km - Aeroporto Falconara 95 km - Perugia/Assisi 110 km - Pescara 150 km - Roma 230 km - Bologna 300 km.

Activities

The farm offers a wide space with swimming pool, bowling green, mini-basket, ping pong and barbecue, and bikes are at disposal of guests. We organise cultural and recreational activities, cooking bread in the ancient farm oven, classes of ceramics and painting, and also guided tours of the cities of art.
In Tolentino it's possible to practice tennis, swimming, fishing, archery, horse riding, golf and free flight.

Food, wine and crafts

In the farm, about 10 hectares wide, there are cereals growing, vineyards, olive trees and woods.
It is also possible to taste the farm products as wine, extra-virgin olive oil, jams and cold cuts.
We organise laboratories to discover the culture of the country life, of typical products and traditions.
