Description

In this farm, located on a gentle slope at the feet of the Piacentine Hills, the farming style is based on the Liberty style of the main villa.
In a rural building from the end of the 19th century were made the large bedrooms, two suites, and four apartments of varying typologies, all restructured with respect to the purely rural style, with great attention paid to the details. They have private bathrooms and independent entrances.
-    Room "La Luce della Campagna": double bed, bathroom, kitchenette.
-    Suite "Vendemmia": living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom.
-    Suite "La Rosa dei Venti": living room, double bedroom, and bathroom.
-    Apartment 1: on two floors: on the ground floor kitchen and living area, on the first floor a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and bathroom
-    Apartment 2: 90 mq open space with kitchenette
-    Apartment 3: entrance, kitchenette, double bedroom, and bathroom.
-    Apartment 4: living room/entrance with kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom.
Available to guests are a 7000 mq garden surrounded by fields and woods belonging to the agritourism, car parking under the colonnades.

Surroundings

The agritourism is a few minutes away from Piacenza and about one hour from Milan by car.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the Trebbia River, considered one of the cleanest in Italy. The Trebbia Valley, which Hemingway defined as the most beautiful valley in the world, offers visitors numerous opportunities for passing some time in contact with nature in locations that are still uncontaminated and at a small distance from the city.
Going along State Highway (called "Strada Statale) 45 until Perino and further on, towards Bobbio and Marsaglia, you can reach the attractive beaches of the river where, in the hot seasons, it is possible to swim and get some sun.
For city-lovers an interesting city to visit is Pavia and the nearby Belgioioso Castle, where in springtime and September exhibitions and one of a kind cultural events are organized. Also, Parma, Cremona, and Lodi are few kilometers away. A little more distant are Reggio Emilia, Modena, Mantova, Bologna, Bergamo, Novara, Brescia, Bergamo, and Genoa, the last being reachable also by crossing the S.S. 45 which goes across all of the Trebbia Valley. In around one and a half hours, you can reach Bologna and Verona, in two hours Ferrara, and in three hours Florence.
