Description

It is the typical Tuscan Maremma's farm, of about 60 acres cultivated with seed plants, olive trees and vine-grapes.
The big rural building, recently reorganised, has been divided into ten delightful independent apartments in the traditional style of Maremma: high ceilings with beams, large rooms, beds in wrought iron, Tuscan country furniture.
All have living room with wholly equipped kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, shower bathroom.
In the huge common hall there is a wide fireplace, living room and TV area, as well as a cooking area where breakfast and thematic suppers are served, a 150 sq. yds. common terrace.
In the garden there is a pool 12 x 6 mt. with Jacuzzi, opened 24/24h , and an 840 sq yds grass area with three barbecues and oven, two wide wooden gazebos with table and chairs, where it’s possible to eat.
The place is ideal for groups of friends.

Surroundings

We are in the very heart of Tuscan Maremma, in face of Mount Argentario, 15 km. from sea. Nearby (18 km.) the famous and picturesque Saturnia spa and the Etruscan necropolis of Sovana, whilst at about twenty kilometres there is the lovely natural Park of Uccellina and natural oasis of Orbetello.
It's possible to visit Rome and the art cites of Florence, Siena, Pisa, all within 200 km. distance.

In the farm you have bowling green, five-a-side pitch, tennis court, 15 bicicles for trips and a play area for children.

Food, wine and crafts

In the Farm it is possible to buy wine (C.D,O. Capalbio white and red and a T.G.I.), grappa, exta-virgin olive oil all prouced in the farm. beside there are more typical products of the area to by in farms and dairies nearby.
