Description

The agritourism, approximately 12 hectares, is immersed in a hilly area at 360m. a.s.l. on the slopes of Apennine Umbro-Marchigiano in Fabriano Valley.
The building is made up of the large owner's house and of the ex-haylofts, all accurately restored with in local style and and with local materials. They have wood-beamed ceilings, brick flooring, and handmade furniture.
The accommomdation sleeps a total of 22 people; there are 2 twin/double rooms (which can also be used as single rooms) and six apartments: three one-room apartments and three two-room apartments. All have independent entrance, bathroom, and living area with equipped kitchenette.
Outside you will find porches and covered areas where you can rest enjoying the beautiful view of our hills and mountains, characterized by century-old oak trees, ash trees, Spanish broom trees, and many fruit trees.

Foreign Languages Spoken: English, French, and German. 

Surroundings

The agritourism is located 2 km from the city of Fabriano, with its beautiful historic medieval center and the interesting Paper Museum. It is a zone of very high historic-cultural value and natural splendors: stretches of woods, monasteries, parish churches, and abbeys from the Early Middle Ages, castles and fortresses, museums of rural tradition.
The marvelous Frasassi Caves, discovered in 1971, are only 6 km away (...and were voted the most important speleological site in Europe!).
It is few kilometers away from cities of great artistic and religious tradition such as Gubbio (40km.), Assisi (75km.), Perugia (100km.), from nature attractions such as the Regional Park of Mount Cucco (less than 15 km. away). About 60 km. away is Ancona and the Conero Riviera which can be easily reached by highway. And also by means of the highway you can go to see shows in Spoleto during the Two Worls Festival or in Macerata for the lyrical season.

How to arrive by public transporation:
The House 60 km. from the airport of Ancona and from the airport in Perugia. The railway station (stretch Ancona-Rome) in Fabriano is 3 km. away. On request we provide transfers from the airport and from the railway station to the agritourism.
