Description

The recently open house is in a mountain style. It is on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine, at 970m.a.s.l., sunk in woods of chestnut and oak trees, in a quiet place far from the built-up-area.
It disposes of 7 rooms: 2 double ones, a triple/four beds (double bed plus bunk bed), a suite with two double beds, a single one. All have private bathroom, TV, panoramic balcony.
A large green area surrounds the house. The property, of 4,5 hectares, is crossed by a CAI (Italian Alpine Club) track.
At guests' disposition car parking, a cosy and welcoming restaurant for about 60 persons, a little hall to relax and reading by fire place.

Surroundings

The house is in Palagano borough, the youngest one in Modena's County, on the west side of Apennine.
It's 58km from Modena, a beautiful city with a splendid Romanesque cathedral (part of UNESCO heritage) and several interesting museums.
In the surroundings you have Nonantola, with an important Benedictine Abbey; at 38km Sassuolo, world famous for its beautiful majolicas and itd Ducal Palace; at 44km Maranello, with the Ferrari's Museum; at 45km Montale Rangone with the archaeological Park of Terremare.
