Description

The House is at 50m from sea, in a panoramic position. Guests are hosted in 4 four beds studios very simply furnished. All have shower bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, oven and electric coffee maker. The beds are double sofa beds, two in each studio, there is satellite TV and independent heating.
Outdoor gardens with beach armchairs and umbrellas are at guests' disposition.
Private parking and MB renting.

Surroundings

We are situate very near to Via Aurelia and at 3,5 km from access to highway.
The immediate surroundings offer plesant promenades along the sea, discovering most suggestive corners.
By car it' s possible to visit the inland: Porto Maurizio, a medieval centre nested on a hill, with its monuments and an interesting Naval museum and Meteorolgical Observatory. In Borgo Marina in September there is a rally for Period Sails, accompanied by many other events.
Nearby Imperia, seat of two important museums.

Activities

In the farm: promenades, MB rental, boat and fishing excursions.
We organise many excursions:
– Cote d'Azur, visiting Montecarlo, Cannes and Nice;
– Hanbury villa in Ventimiglia, with its suggestive bothanica garden;
– To the West Coast, to Coiarano's caves Bussiana, Ceriale, Aquapark “Le Caravell” and Genoa's stunning Aquarium
– Day trip on Corsaro ship for whale watching, starting from Porto Maurizio.
Beside all this, every kind of sport may be practiced in the surroundings: all the sea sports, diving, golf (18 holes course in San Remo), horse riding, beach volley, tennis, softball, baseball, to finish with most adventurous sports as free climbing or bungee jumping.
